• Push notification token: only if you explicitly enable order notifications.

• To improve our product catalog and delivery operations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Payment Information

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. WicketKart does not store your card details or UPI credentials. Please review Razorpay's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored in AWS infrastructure located in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. We use DynamoDB with point-in-time recovery enabled and access controls to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

Order records are retained for 5 years to comply with GST and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and personal profile data by contacting us — order records required for legal compliance will be anonymised rather than deleted.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account.
• Opt out of push notifications at any time from your Profile page.

8. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required for authentication (session token stored in browser localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
