1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order on WicketKart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

WicketKart is an online platform for ordering fresh groceries, meat, and daily essentials from local stores in New Delhi. We facilitate delivery between stores and customers. Availability, pricing, and stock are managed by individual partner stores.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Prices displayed include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A delivery fee may apply based on your location and order value.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock. You will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price at time of checkout is honoured for that order.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select orders.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Please see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are packed by the store.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Perishable items (meat, dairy) cannot be returned after delivery unless there is a quality issue with photographic evidence submitted within 2 hours of delivery.

6. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, a reattempt may be scheduled or the order may be cancelled with applicable charges.

7. Product Quality

All meat and fresh produce is sourced from partner stores that undergo periodic quality checks. WicketKart is not directly liable for the quality of goods supplied by partner stores, but we maintain a dispute resolution process to address quality complaints promptly.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use it for commercial resale. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be abusing the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of WicketKart or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, WicketKart's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
